Cashing your Rewards
To cash in your rewards, log in to your mystery shopper account on the Lanla mobile application.
- Click on the profile icon, located in the top right corner of the screen, to access your profile
- Click on “My Rewards”
- Click on “Cash in my rewards”
- We will ask you to confirm your email address;
- Click on the orange button “Confirm”
- An email will be sent to you within the next minutes/hours (please check your spam folder if necessary)
- Follow the steps to cash in your rewards.
Important note: Only the email address you use to log in to your Lanla user account can be used for your Interac payment.
Note that after 30 days, the amount of your accumulated rewards that has not been cashed in will reappear in your profile, allowing you to make another cashing request.
