Transaction History

To view your transaction history: 

• Log in to your mystery shopper account. 
• Click on the profile icon located at the top right of the screen. 
• Click on “My Rewards.” 

You can then view your entire transaction history or filter it by transaction type. 

Reading your rewards history

The transaction history is available from the “My Rewards” section of the profile you are signed in to. Start with the full history to review the entries shown for that account. If you want to narrow the list, use the transaction-type filter described above and then return to the complete list when you need a broader view. This helps distinguish the entries you are currently viewing from the whole history; a filtered list does not show every transaction type at once. For instructions about requesting a payment, consult the guide to cashing rewards. For a question about a particular entry, note the information displayed in the history and explain what you need clarified when contacting customer service. Do not include your password or banking credentials in a support message. The history and the payment instructions answer different questions, so consult the guide that matches the action you want to complete.
