Account balance 

To track your balance, log in to your mystery shopper account from the Lanla application’s login page. 

• Click on your profile icon, located in the top right corner of the screen, to access your profile 
• Click on “My Rewards.” 
• Your available balance for withdrawal will be displayed along with its equivalent in reward points.
