Mystery Shopper Registration – The Essentials
The mystery shopper portal can be accessed 2 ways, via the website https://mysteryshopper.lanla.com or via our mobile app, available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
To use the app, your registration must be 100% complete.
What you need to do
- Create your account
- Enter a valid address
- Provide your date of birth
Important to know
- All registration steps are mandatory
- You cannot skip the pop-ups
- If you leave the app before completing registration, you will need to finish it when you return
Minimum age
- You must be 14 years old or older to become a mystery shopper
- If you are under 14, access to the app will be blocked
Once registration is complete
- You will have access to the app
- You will be able to view and complete missions
