Want to become a mystery shopper in Quebec? Here is the information you need to create your Lanla account and access missions. Your registration must be 100% complete before you can use the app.
How do you register as a mystery shopper?
Create your account on the Lanla portal or in the mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play. For illustrated instructions, see our guide to registering as a mystery shopper.
To complete your registration:
- Create your account.
- Enter a valid address.
- Provide your date of birth.
- Complete every registration step requested in the app.
All registration steps are mandatory; you cannot skip the information pop-ups. If you leave the app before finishing, you will need to complete your registration when you return.
What is the minimum age to become a mystery shopper?
You must be 14 years old or older. If you are under 14, access to the app will be blocked. Some missions require a specific age. Your date of birth allows us to show you only the missions you are authorized to complete.
Why do you need to provide your address?

Is mystery shopping a job or voluntary participation?
Lanla mystery shopping missions are not salaried employment. You participate voluntarily in market research as a consumer, with no obligation to complete the activities offered.
