Understand The Status of My Verification

Here is what each status means, both for you and for any children you have added:

StatusWhat it means
Not SubmittedYou have not yet submitted your identity documents.
Under ReviewYour documents have been submitted and are being reviewed by our team. No action is required on your part.
ApprovedYour identity has been successfully verified. You are eligible to participate in missions that require identity verification.
RejectedWe were unable to accept your documents. You must submit them again. The reason for the rejection is provided in the app.
Resubmission RequiredWe need you to complete the identity verification process again. Please resubmit your documents. The reason is provided in the app.
Documents ExpiredYour documents were removed before the review process was completed. You must submit them again.

Good to know: A child whose identity has been approved can only participate in missions if your own identity has also been approved.
