Verify My Identity

Identity verification is optional in most cases. You can receive and complete the majority of missions without verifying your identity. However, some missions do require it. Identity verification allows us to confirm your identity and, when applicable, lets you add a child from your family for missions designed for minors.

How to verify your identity

Before uploading your documents, make sure your profile is complete with the following information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth

If any information is missing, the app will prompt you to complete it first.

Then, from My Profile, open Identity Verification and upload:

  • The front of your ID
  • The back of your ID

You can complete this process on both the web platform and the mobile app (iOS and Android).

Once your documents have been submitted, your request will be placed under review. During this time, you will not be able to replace your documents, as our team will be reviewing them.

How long are my identity documents kept?

Your documents are retained only for the duration of the verification process and are then automatically deleted. For more information, see the article “Retention of My Identity Documents.”
