Be a good mystery shopper

Keep in mind that, regardless of the mission you undertake, whether it’s in a store, a restaurant, or elsewhere, our main concern is to gather your experience as a real customer. 

While we ask you to follow a scenario, be attentive, maintain accuracy, and note specific details, your behavior should reflect that of an ordinary customer, whether it’s someone in need of glasses or inquiring about pet-related products. 

Let yourself be guided by the employees, as we are evaluating their service, not your performance as a mystery shopper.
