Correct or modify a questionnaire
A questionnaire can only be modified if it has not been approved by the Lanla team.
To correct your questionnaire, go to your Lanla app, tap on “My Missions,” and select the mission to correct (it can be found in the “Assigned” section).
Once your questionnaire is open, if the question regarding your receipt appears, make sure to attach a new photo clearly showing the top of the receipt, including the date, time, and address of the location visited.
Make the necessary corrections to the other questions as indicated, then resubmit your questionnaire for validation.
