Merge Two Accounts

Merging two accounts is not possible.

However, here is what you can do:

• Delete the first account: https://clientsmystere.lanla.com/en/knowledge-base/how-to-cancel-my-registration/
• Create a new account: https://clientsmystere.lanla.com/en/knowledge-base/how-to-register-as-a-mystery-shopper-with-lanla/

For security reasons, our team members are not able to perform these actions on our mystery shoppers’ accounts.
