Mission Rotation and Selection

If you have completed a mission for a company and are wondering why it is no longer available in your profile to do again, it is likely due to mission rotation, which manages how often a user can perform a mission for the same client. The rotation period can vary by client, ranging from one month to a year. There are two types of rotations:

  1. Account Rotation: This rotation, or mission selection, applies to all branches of a company. This approach aims to ensure variety and reliability across all results.
  2. Branch Rotation: This rotation, or mission selection, applies to one branch at a time. This means you can select a new mission, but only at a different branch. This also ensures variety and reliability in the overall results. Note that for some providers, only one mission is allowed per mystery shopper for the entire assignment.
