Reward not Received

If you believe you have not received the bank deposit email, please check your spam or junk folder: 

  • If the email is there, please authorize the sender for future transfers. 
  • If the email is not there, wait for 48 hours after generating the withdrawal (by clicking the “Cash Out My Rewards” button). 

After 48 hours, the amount of your accumulated rewards that have not been cashed out will reappear in your profile. You can then restart the process by referring to the article “How to cash out my rewards?”. 

Note that it is essential to ensure that you enter the correct email address to ensure the proper receipt of the bank deposit email.
