Access to Missions

The missions you see in the tab Available missions are only those that match your socio-demographic profile (age, gender, etc.), and that are located within your “favorite area” (area specified in your profile).

To select a mission: 

• Log in to your mystery shopper account. 
• Navigate on the interactive geographical map on the homepage. 
• Browse through the available missions. 
• Review the details of each mission. 
• Click on the bubbles on the map. 
• Alternatively, click on the missions listed to the right of the map. 
• Finally, click on “Accept Mission” at the bottom of the mission details to quickly and easily choose the mission of your interest. 

Please note that, by default, the system will show you missions available in the area previously identified in your location preferences. 

To modify your area: 

• Click on the profile icon located at the top right of the screen. 
• Click on “My Information.” 
• Click on “My Locations.”
