Mission Requiring the Presence of a Child
Some missions have an age restriction. Depending on the mission, the age requirement may apply to you (verified through your identity document) or may require the participation of a child from your family.
The mission details will indicate the requirements before you accept the mission.
If you are unable to proceed, it is usually for one of the following reasons:
- Your identity has not yet been approved
- Your verified age does not match the age range required for the mission
- You do not have any approved children
- Your approved children do not meet the mission’s age or gender requirements
The restriction message includes an Identity Verification button that takes you directly to the appropriate section in My Profile.
To add a child, please refer to the article “Add a Child to My Account” in the Account and Preferences section.
When multiple children match the mission requirements, the app will ask you to select which child will participate before confirming. Once the mission has been accepted, the mission details will display the selected child’s name and your relationship with them.
