Why Is Only One Mystery Shopper Mission Available at a Location

At some locations, the Lanla app displays only one mystery shopper mission at a time. Don’t worry—this is intentional. The next mission becomes available as soon as you’ve completed the current one.

Seeing only one mission at a location doesn’t mean there won’t be more. For certain campaigns, missions at the same location are released one at a time, based on your progress.

One Mission at a Time Helps You Stay Focused

When a location displays only one mission, it’s usually designed to help you focus on completing one visit successfully before moving on to the next.

It also keeps things fair by preventing all missions at the same location from being claimed at once, giving everyone an opportunity to participate.

As a mystery shopper, there’s nothing special you need to do—the app automatically manages the sequence for you.

When Does the Next Mission Become Available?

Here’s the important part: as soon as you’ve completed your mission and submitted your evaluation, the next mission may become available at that same location.

In other words, finish your current mission, and the next opportunity will follow.

The exact timing may vary slightly from one campaign to another, but the principle remains the same: completing one mission unlocks the next one.

This Doesn’t Apply Everywhere

At many locations, several missions are available at the same time, so there’s no need to wait. The one-mission-at-a-time approach applies only to certain campaigns.

Again, there’s nothing you need to configure or change—the app takes care of everything automatically.
