At Lanla, we encourage respectful exchanges and aim for all communication to be marked by kindness. We believe in an environment where everyone is treated with respect and understanding. 

Any behavior or language that is abusive, disrespectful, aggressive, offensive, or insulting may result in the immediate closure of your Lanla account for a violation of the terms of use, and this suspension may be indefinite.
