New Mission Notification

The search and selection of missions is done autonomously, via each mystery shopper profile, in the ”Available Missions” tab. However, on occasion, we might spontaneously send you emails to offer you specific missions or to inform you of new missions.

Use your profile to find available opportunities

Emails about missions can be helpful, but they do not replace the available-missions section of your profile. The search and selection process described above is managed by each mystery shopper. Sign in to your account, open “Available Missions”, and review the opportunities currently displayed for you. Then read the details of the mission you are considering before making your selection. A message about a mission should be understood together with the information available in your profile; do not assume that an email describes every opportunity or every requirement. You can also consult the notification-preferences guide to understand the different types of messages available in the application. If you need help with a mission offer, identify the mission or message concerned and explain your question to customer service without sharing your password.
