Correcting a Rejected or Resubmission Required Verification

Don’t worry—it’s easy to fix. The reason your verification was rejected or marked for resubmission is displayed directly in the app.

The most common reasons include:

  • An unreadable document
  • The wrong document was submitted
  • The front or back of the ID is missing
  • The information on the document does not match your profile

How to resolve the issue

  1. Go to My Profile, then Identity Verification.
  2. Review the reason provided.
  3. If the issue concerns a child, select Edit to resubmit their documents.
  4. Upload new, clear images of both the front and back of the ID.
  5. Your verification request will be submitted for review again.

If your identity verification status changes to Resubmission Required, any children you’ve already added will remain on your profile. However, they cannot be used for new missions until your own identity has been approved again.

Once your identity verification is approved, any children whose verification was already approved will automatically become eligible for missions again—there is no need to add or verify them a second time.
