Manage my Notifications

To manage your notification preferences: 

• Log in to your mystery shopper account. 
• Click on the profile icon located at the top right of the screen. 
• Select the “Settings” option. 
• Click on “Manage Desired Notifications.” 

You can manage the following notification types: 

• Marketing: Marketing communications and/or business news. 
• Nearby Mission: Notification when a new mission is available nearby. 
• Mission Summary: Details of an accepted mission. 

You can enable or disable each type of notification by clicking on each button.  

Orange = enabled, Grey = disabled. 

To receive notifications via text (SMS) on your mobile, make sure you have entered your mobile number in your profile. For instructions on updating your information, click HERE.
