Update my Profile

To update your information: 

• Log in to your mystery shopper account. 
• Click on the profile icon located at the top right of the screen. 
• Click on “Settings” or “My Profile Information” depending on your needs. 

Settings: 

• To change your password: 

• Click on the corresponding modification button. 
• Enter the new password. 
• Repeat the new password. 
• Click “Confirm” to update. 

• To change your email address:

• Click on the corresponding modification button. 
• Enter the new email address 
• Click “Confirm” to update. 

• Manage your notifications:

• Set your display language: 

• Choose between French or English. 

My Profile Information: 

• My Locations:

• About Me: 

• Name and Surname 

• Cellphone number 
• Date of birth – Year/Month/Day 
• Gender – Female/Male/Non-Binary 

• More About Me: 

• Education level – Choose your highest completed level of education. 
• Car – Whether you own a car or not. 
• Lucky number – Enter your lucky number. 
• Hobbies – Activity practiced for pleasure. 
• Pets – If yes, what pet do you own?
