Register as a Mystery Shopper
It’s easy!
Download the Lanla mobile application on Android Google Play or Apple’s App Store if you haven’t already or visit our website at lanla.com.
From the landing page:
- Click on “Sign Up“
- Read and accept the termes and conditions
- Fill in the required fields
- Enter your email address
- Select a password
- Re-enter your password
- Click on “Continue”
That’s it! Welcome to our mystery shopper cohort!
When you select your first mission, five pop-up bubbles will be displayed for you to enter additional information on your profile. The goal for this information is to complete your profile for us to offer you missions fitting with your profile and to target missions within your interests (example, some missions require a minimum age to participate).

If you decide to register as a mystery shopper on the Lanla platform, you acknowledge that mystery shoppers are real consumers and are in no way considered employees of Lanla. As such, you act exclusively as participants in market research studies, and your participation is entirely voluntary. Lanla offers you various activities (surveys, mystery shopping missions, etc.) with no obligation to complete them. Any compensation offered in exchange for these activities does not constitute a salary but rather a reimbursement, as the efforts required do not correspond to compensation based on the minimum wage in effect in Canada.
